SIZING:
If you are unsure of your wrist or neckline size, the best way to be sized accurately is by visiting a commercial jeweller.

For bracelets, if you take a sewing tape measure, wrap it around your wrist just before the wrist bone or where ever you normally would want the bracelet to fall.  The measurements of my jewellery already takes into account the clasps, so please don’t add any more to the measurements. Also, don’t take a too snug measurement as there is no give or loosening of the materials over time. I recommend taking a snug measurement and adding a 1/2″.  Make sure you follow any directions on the individual product page for where to wear the piece.

For a neckline, there are several measurements: Princess length should fit right on top of your collarbone, and will be quite comfortable and stay put. It’s a little difficult to take a tape measure around your neck so try a heavy string to measure this distance. A high choker will stay on the middle to low part of your neck – measurement for this will be fairly snug. I recommend using a sewing tape measure laid flat for this one. If any questions arise around being properly sized, I am always happy to help- contact me through the shop, or at jocelyn@celestialinks.com.

CELESTIALINKS WARRANTY:
CelestiaLink jewellery pieces are unique and worthy of great care when wearing. Although the combined strength and weight of the piece will withstand a certain amount of tension, there may be damage from any excessive pulls and tugs. However, accidents happen and because our hands and arms are busy objects, bracelets have the highest likelihood of becoming accidentally damaged. Please contact me if this occurs and we will discuss the needed reparis. Most small repairs will be done free of charge for time and materials (you are responsible for shipping costs). Please note that if your piece is excessively damaged I will happily fix it for you but it may incur a cost, depending on the extent of the damage.

Celestialinks stands behind every piece created. If something goes wrong with your bracelet, earrings, or necklace at any time – your bracelet gets hooked on something, your necklace catches and pulls far too hard – you can count on me to support you with the repair. You will receive top quality support with any repairs necessary.

JEWELLERY CARE:
All of my jewellery is solidly constructed. However, any jewellery requires care. My pieces should be the last thing you put on before leaving the house and the first thing you take off when you come home. Examine your piece every time you take it off for any undue wear and tear, especially if you think you may have snagged it on something.

Please do not use silver cleaner on the piece (you won’t be able to get it out of the small tight areas in the patterns). I don’t use it myself- instead, I clean my pieces with a Industrial Duty Vibratory Tumbler and finish the process using a silver cleaning and shining cloth (these are commonly sold in retail stores and you can utilize this to keep your piece fresh and bright in between maintenance with me).

PLEASE WEAR WITH CARE
